Prior to the release of the new commercial fiction book, The Manager, which is fiercely feminist with undertones of romance and thriller. WBE Creative needed to provoke intrigue and curiosity as the main driver to encourage readers to buy the book. The designs needed to be attention grabbing, bold and striking, could be almost controversial if appropriate, but still expresses the themes of the book. Dramatic, bold, clever, eye-catching.
The design for these promotional assets needed to harmonise with the already finished book cover design. Using the cover as inspiration to draw from and elevate a visual identity that would be successful as stand alone pieces.
